We are a close-knit agency owned and run by experienced doulas who are deeply involved in client care. Our focus is on mother-centered, holistic birth and postpartum support that honors the physical, emotional and cultural needs of the family. You develop a close, trusting relationship with your doula, while also having the security of an experienced agency standing behind your care if unexpected needs arise.

Holistic care means we tend to the whole person — not just the physical milestones of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, but also your emotional well-being, nervous system health, cultural traditions and daily life needs. Our postpartum care includes practical support like newborn care and feeding, as well as restorative offerings like heat therapy, herbal care, Reiki, bellybinding and nourishment. Holistic care shapes everything we do because we see postpartum as a sacred recovery period, not just a checklist of tasks.

We match you based on availability for your due window, support style, personality fit and birth location. You will meet your doula before hiring, and once we move forward you will have a prenatal meeting with your doula to prepare for birth and postpartum. Throughout your care, you are supported not only by your doula but also by Libby and Errin behind the scenes, ensuring you have a responsive team supporting you every step of the way.

Absolutely! We work hard to find you a doula at any stage of pregnancy, even very late. If you are considering support, never hesitate to reach out — it is never too late to explore care.

With an agency you gain the benefits of a team. You still work closely with your dedicated doula, but you also have the assurance of vetted backup, clear communication systems and the shared expertise of multiple doulas instead of one person working alone. The agency model increases availability, continuity and support so your care is reliable from day one.

We require a deposit to reserve your care but are happy to split the remaining balance into payments. Sliding scale arrangements are considered case by case. You are also welcome to add doula support to your baby shower or postpartum registry so loved ones can contribute to your care directly.

We cannot bill insurance directly but are happy to provide any documentation needed for reimbursement. Many families use HSA or FSA funds. We work often with Carrot and Maven and are familiar with their processes — we can provide everything needed to help your benefits apply.
